Please note: According to contract guidelines between Kids First Pediatrics and our various managed care contracts, our office is responsible for collecting your copay. We ask that this copayment be made by 5:00pm on the day your services are rendered. Accounts failing to remit copayment on the date services are rendered will be subject to a $25.00 processing charge to their account.

When looking for a pediatrician, it’s important that you not only feel confident in our ability to care for your child, but also feel comfortable with our practice and our principals on child rearing. While you might not always agree with our advice about putting your child to bed on time, you should feel totally confident in the care provided. Trust is paramount in the relationship between parent and pediatrician. You should feel comfortable asking questions & voicing your concerns. No Show Policy... Kids First Pediatrics will make every effort to remind you of your appointment. Please update your home, work and cell phone numbers along with your email address each time you visit. You can also update your information through our website once you have established an account.
Kids First Pediatrics is responsible for providing timely care for many children with serious and possibly urgent problems. Failing to notify us that you will not make your appointment affects our ability to schedule properly and provide care for our patients.

There is a $30.00 no show/late-cancellation fee. All appointments must be cancelled the day prior to your appointment. Rescheduling must take place 1 1/2 hour before your appointment time.You may cancel by leaving a message or in response to an automated phone call reminding you of your appointment. Insurance will not cover charges for no show/late-cancellation fees.
